The Purse Pomsky — Bred for Companionship

Our vision for the Purse Pomsky goes far beyond size. While we produce traditional Pomskies and even Toy Pomskies that can be equally petite, creating a smaller dog was never our primary goal. Instead, we introduced Chihuahua into select Pomsky litters with the intention of developing a different type of disposition—one especially suited to families looking for a calm, portable companion.

While Pomskies are known for their intelligence, playfulness, and engaging personalities, our goal with the Purse Pomsky is to preserve the qualities we love about the Pomsky while enhancing a natural tendency to settle, relax, and enjoy being close to their person. We seek dogs that are content curled up on a lap or comfortably nestled in a carrier while their person goes about their day—whether that means attending meetings, traveling, visiting the salon, working from a café, or simply relaxing at home.

For us, the ideal Purse Pomsky isn’t defined by being tiny; rather, it’s defined by its ability to accompany you anywhere and be content doing nothing. We want an affectionate companion that enjoys adventures when they arise but doesn’t always need to be the center of attention—a little dog that can happily settle for extended periods when life requires patience and quiet companionship.

As with any developing line, temperament and individual personalities can vary, and no puppy’s adult disposition can be guaranteed. Our breeding selections, however, are intentionally focused on nurturing this companion-oriented temperament while maintaining the beauty, personality, and special qualities that make our Pomskies so beloved.
